Shipping & returns
Everything below applies to orders placed through this store. Trade accounts with negotiated terms follow their contract where it differs.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery — 5–8 business days, free above the store free-shipping threshold.
- Express delivery — 2–3 business days with priority handling and tracking.
- Warehouse pickup — ready within 24 hours at 1500 K St NW, Washington DC 20005.
Wholesale & pallet freight
- Orders above one pallet ship LTL freight; a quote is confirmed after checkout.
- Mixed-category orders are consolidated to reduce cost per unit.
- Export documentation and commercial invoices are prepared for international buyers.
Returns
- Retail orders may be returned within 30 days in original packaging.
- Wholesale lots are returnable only for manufacturing defects, reported within 14 days.
- Restricted-category items are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
Damaged or missing goods
- Photograph pallet damage before signing the carrier's delivery note.
- Report shortages within 48 hours of delivery with the order number.
- Replacements ship the same day stock allows, at no freight cost.
